Job Description/Requirements

- Conduct inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products.
- Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision tools and equipment.
- Document and report quality findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Monitor adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify and address quality issues.
- Coordinate with external auditors, customers, and regulatory agencies during quality audits and inspections.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control within the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
