Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine quality assurance and quality control tests on water samples, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses.
- Monitor the entire production process to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform regular inspections of production facilities and equipment to identify and address any potential quality issues.
- Document and analyze test results, preparing detailed reports for management review.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Train production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any quality-related complaints or incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food and beverage industry, preferably in bottled water.
- Strong knowledge of water quality testing methods and regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems is a plus.
