Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage Capex and project portfolios in line with company policies.
- Track budgets, actuals, and project cash flow.
- Maintain asset register, capitalization, and disposal records.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and statements.
- Monitor investment orders and project packages.
- Ensure compliance with depreciation policies.
- Support audits, impairment reviews, and asset verification exercises.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- 5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State, Nigeria.
Remuneration: Ngn 700,000 – 1,200,000
