Role Description

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and optimizing processes; performing process control and safety assessments; developing technical engineering reports; and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting operational issues, analyzing system performance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. This role requires a hands-on approach and direct engagement with clients and their facilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Process Design and Process Engineering concepts
• Strong knowledge in Process Control and Chemical Engineering principles
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems
• Understanding of process safety, reliability engineering, and equipment performance optimization is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; advanced degree is a plus
• Hands-on experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or energy-related environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions
