Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely drive the CEO to and from work, meetings, and other scheduled activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle at all times.
- Perform routine checks on the vehicle’s condition (fuel, oil, tires, lights, etc.).
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off, following the daily itinerary or changes as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations strictly.
- Handle route planning and avoid traffic congestion when possible.
- Keep trip logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of conversations and activities within the vehicle.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience, preferably for someone.
- Familiarity with major roads and alternative routes within the city.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Physically fit and able to sit for long periods.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
