The role involves operating a motorcycle , managing delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver goods, products, or documents to customers or clients in a timely and safe manner
- Manage delivery schedules, routes, and logistics to optimize efficiency
- Operate and maintain the company vehicle/motorcycle, ensuring it is in good working condition
- Verify delivery addresses, collect payments, and obtain signatures or receipts as required
- Communicate with customers, clients, or internal teams regarding delivery status or issues
- Handle cash, documents, or goods with care and ensure accurate handling and delivery
- Report any issues, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor/manager promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle/motorcycle, adhering to company policies and safety standards
Requirements:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC) or equivalent
- Valid Rider's ID Card
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a dispatch rider
- Good knowledge of Lagos Island routes and geography
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit and able to ride a motorcycle for extended periods
