The Hotel Driver is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests, staff, and items to designated locations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires punctuality, excellent driving skills, and a strong understanding of hospitality standards.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Guest Transportation:
- Safely transport guests to and from airports, bus stations, local attractions, and other destinations.
- Assist guests with luggage loading and unloading.
- Provide guests with helpful information about local areas, hotel services, and amenities.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Ensure the hotel vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fueled at all times.
- Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tyre pressure, lights).
- Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately.
Customer Service:
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous attitude at all times.
- Uphold the hotel’s hospitality standards and represent the hotel positively.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.
Safety & Compliance:
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and hotel driving policies.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Ensure the safety of passengers at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (appropriate category for vehicle).
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Familiarity with local routes and traffic laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
