Our client, a leading fashion brand specializing in bespoke fashion items and innovative upcycling services, seeks an experienced Operations Officer to oversee daily operational activities, enhance efficiency, and ensure the smooth execution of projects and services.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Budget Oversight: Manage budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing processes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the board of directors to define values, mission, and short and long-term goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for the company.
  • Partnership Building: Establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations to enhance service offerings.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to monitor and improve operations.
  • Customer Interaction: Support customer communication and satisfaction through effective management of operational processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations management role.
  • Proven track record in managing operational processes and teams.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of business functions and principles, including supply chain, finance, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Ability to build consensus and foster relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
