Job Summary:
Our client is searching for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of their supermarket. The role requires a strategic thinker who can manage staff, streamline processes, ensure product availability, enhance customer experience, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily supermarket operations, including inventory, procurement, merchandising, and staffing.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff to maintain high operational and service standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complaints promptly.
- Develop and implement new ideas to improve operations, increase revenue, and reduce costs.
- Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, drive improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
