Mobile Developer
Job summary
You will be the technical owner of the OneWallet launch. This role is not about “writing code only.” It’s about shipping a system that works with real money, real users, and real operational pressure - with clean audit trails, safe releases, and the ability to debug issues fast. You’ll lead a small team (mobile, frontend, backend, DevOps, QA).
Job descriptions & requirements
- Own product architecture and delivery plan (what ships, how it ships, what is gated).
- Design and implement core backend patterns: idempotency, retries, dedupe, audit trails, and access control.
- Build across the stack as needed (backend + web console + integration support).
- Set engineering standards: code review discipline, branching strategy, CI/CD rules, and release checklists.
- Work closely with Settlement & Reconciliation, Risk/Fraud Ops, Collections, and Field Sales to translate real operations into product workflows.
- Ensure production readiness: monitoring, logging, alerts, backup/restore discipline, and incident runbooks.
- Mentor and guide engineers; review PRs and enforce quality.
- Translate product/ops requirements into engineering plans and milestones.
- Run technical planning, estimation, and sprint delivery with measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Minimum of a BSc.
