Role Summary
The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and timely delivery of wellness products. The role requires a strong engineering and manufacturing background, with hands-on leadership in production environments.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth workflow
● Manage production schedules to meet output targets
● Supervise machine operations, maintenance, and downtime control
● Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and manufacturing standards
● Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste
● Lead production staff, including training and performance management
● Collaborate with procurement and quality assurance teams
● Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency
Requirements
● BSc/HND in Engineering or related field
● 5–7 years experience in manufacturing (plastic/FMCG preferred)
● Strong leadership and operational management skills
● Knowledge of production machinery and maintenance processes
● Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
