Job Summary

Our client, one of the biggest Public Relations Firm with offices in Lagos and Abuja is seeking a highly qualified dynamic, passionate individual to join in the role of Managing Partner to oversee the business. : The Managing Partner will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of The Company's growth by providing visionary leadership and driving operational excellence. This individual will be responsible for engendering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity to ensure the continued success and growth of the organization.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Reports to Lead Partner Administratively, and Deputy Lead Partner
  • Supervises all operational and Non-operational Staff
  • Co-develop and manage the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Client Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive growth and expansion
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the business.



Key Performance Indicators/ Performance Goals:

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve an increase in revenue.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction.
  • Team Performance: Ensure improvement in team productivity and engagement.
  • Financial Health: Ensure financial targets are met, including profitability margins and cost controls.
  • Business Development: Successfully identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Risk Mitigation: Implement effective risk management strategies, resulting in a reduction in identified risks.



Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree, in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or any relevant Social Science related field
  • Master’s degree and relevant certifications required. MBA will be an added advantage.
  • Professional Qualification: Must have relevant professional certifications, membership in relevant professional bodies is also required.
  • Experience Minimum of 15 years experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a significant management position
  • Proven Leadership: A track record of successful leadership in a similar capacity, with demonstrated results in strategic planning and team management.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the industry with the ability to navigate its challenges and leverage opportunities
  • Client Focus: Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Innovative Thinking: A creative and forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to drive innovation within the organization
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision and strategy.
  • Leadership Effectiveness: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving high performance and achieving strategic objectives.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with a track record of effective and timely decision-making.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)



Remuneration: Highly competitive.
