Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our business, which specializes in the wholesale and retail sales of phone accessories, CCTV cameras, and solar systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing sales performance, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer.

Job Description/Requirements


Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily business operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and conducive to sales.
  • Implement and manage inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to boost brand awareness and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients and suppliers.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Train staff on customer service best practices and product knowledge.

Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise sales and support staff.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to employees, ensuring coverage during peak business hours.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor and manage the business budget and financial performance.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, revenue, and expense forecasts.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable.

Product and Inventory Management:

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best prices and product quality.
  • Manage stock levels and coordinate orders to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Monitor product trends and manage the introduction of new products to the inventory.


  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or wholesale sales of electronics or similar products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
