Job Summary
We're seeking a reliable and organized Transport Officer to manage and coordinate transportation services for our school. You'll ensure safe, efficient, and timely transportation for pupils/students on a daily basis, as well as for staff, and faculty when needed.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation schedules, routes, and logistics.
- Manage relationships with transportation providers (e.g., bus drivers).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and school policies.
- Monitor and report any transportation-related incidents or issues.
- Communicate with parents, pupils/students, and staff regarding transportation arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation arrangements.
- Perform vehicle inspections and ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
- Relevant experience in transportation management or coordination is an added advantage
