Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit daily loading and operational reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Process container cards and ensure submission to the Invoicing/Accounts department within 24 hours.
- Provide structured operational updates to internal teams (via WhatsApp groups) and clients (via email/WhatsApp).
- Manage and track Truck Delivery Orders (TDOs) including key data such as issuance/expiry dates, truck details, and client information.
- Book trucks on the ETO platform and ensure seamless merging with TDOs.
- Coordinate daily operational planning and truck utilization to meet weekly trip targets.
- Compile and send truck position reports twice daily.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Mathematics, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Fast, smart, and responsive to instructions with sound judgment and initiative.
