*Role Summary*

Our client is seeking an experienced *Team Lead, Digital Learning* to drive the growth, commercialization, and adoption of its digital learning ecosystem. The role will oversee the LMS, develop innovative digital learning products, build strategic partnerships, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth across Africa.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the *Learning Management System (LMS)*.

* Drive learner acquisition, platform adoption, engagement, and user experience.

* Develop and launch scalable e-learning, certification, and digital skills programmes.

* Drive curriculum innovation aligned with emerging industry needs.

* Build strategic partnerships with technology, industry, and learning providers.

* Identify and pursue new markets and business growth opportunities.

* Drive revenue generation through digital learning products and services.

* Monitor learning analytics, platform performance, learner engagement, and business outcomes.

* Prepare reports and insights to support business and strategic decision-making.

* Lead digital learning projects and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.

*Requirements/Skills

* Bachelor's degree in *Educational Technology, Computer Science, IT, Learning Technologies**, or a related field.

* Must have *6–8 years' experience* in Digital Learning, LMS Management, EdTech, Learning Technology, or Digital Product Management.

* Strong experience with **LMS platforms, e-learning tools, learning analytics, and digital learning technologies**.

* Relevant certifications in Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, Product Management, Learning Technologies, or Digital Learning are an advantage.

* Strong business development, partnership management, and project management skills.

* Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
