The role supervises field personnel, manages operational trackers, and supports logistics, research, and reporting to ensure seamless delivery of land security services.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the Land Desk (Operations).
- Supervises CPOs, BAOs, Drivers
- Ensure effective communication & coordination with land-based consultants.
- Ensure crisis management and responses.
- Manage and update Land Tracker.
- Call handling duties: logging, assigning, and tracking operations.
- Monitoring and relevant reporting of current worldwide events.
- Assist in research for corporate profiles and for evacuations.
- Assist with daily web updates, scrolling news.
- Identifying and issuing travel safety alerts.
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure operational administrative support for land assignments
- Ensure tracking and relevant housing of inward-streamed administrative communications
- Facilitate land-based local information outward streaming
- Coordinate the team’s incident management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
