Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Assistant located in Chevron Drive, Lekki Lagos State, Nigeria. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, which includes food preparation, maintaining food hygiene standards, assisting with cooking, and ensuring an organized and clean work environment. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with the food and beverage team to ensure high-quality service and occasional customer interaction to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications

• Experience with Food Prepping
• Knowledge of Hygiene practices and standards
• Understanding of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and on-site environment
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus
