Job Summary

A leading innovative Healthcare Company based in Lagos urgently requires the services of an energetic and suitable lead result-oriented Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will cultivate strong connections with the company's primary clients. The role also involves expanding the company's revenue by ensuring the satisfaction of key clients with our services, discovering new business prospects for them, and actively participating in meetings, conventions, and training sessions. Additionally, the ability to build relationships with potential clients is essential.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage customer's budget towards achievement
  • Develop relationships that support target achievement
  • Customer relationship management
  • Resolve customer complaints properly
  • Build relationships with stakeholders in focus key accounts and create values by training staff on customer relationship management
  • Develop parastatal business by building better product awareness and stakeholder relationship
  • Build and grow new Distributors
  • Develop and executive business plan
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement marketing plan.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and strong negotiation skills
  • In-depth understanding of the company's key clients and their position in the industry
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Proven results in delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
