Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Resolving support requests and providing support through various ways to outsourced clients.
- Tasked with diagnosing & solving both hardware and software incidents, escalating incidents where necessary
- Configuring new IT equipment and system upgrades.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint & MS Teams)
- Experience with Active Directory and knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Working Knowledge of MAC OS
- Working knowledge of Mobile Phones and Mobile Connectivity with iOS and Android
- Networking devices including Routers, Firewalls, WAPs, and Switches
- To be ITIL aware and to follow relevant policies and procedures
- To have great written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer services skills
- Knowledge of Web skills is a plus but not essential
