Job Summary
We are looking for someone who can lead our IT team to deliver reliable and effective IT services that align with the company's objectives. The successful candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills to drive IT projects to completion in a timely and efficient manner, manage resources, and works effectively with cross-functional teams. The candidate should also have a strong background in IT security, budgeting, vendor management, and Banking applications. We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. This role reports to our Group Head of Operations and will work closely with other functional areas of the company to ensure proper alignment with our technology roadmap. This is a full-time on-site role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing the company's technology strategy
- Take ownership of all technology-related matters to streamline all functions of the company
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in an IT management position of a Microfinance Bank
- Strong knowledge of various Banking Software
- Strong knowledge and experience with Cybersecurity methodologies and protocols.
- Experience with networking and LAN connections as well as servers and VPNs
- Experience with IT procurement and vendor management.
- Experience with E-channels, ATMs and POS handling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with IT budgeting and financial management.
- Must understand and show capacity to use different Banking software
