Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Osapa, Lekki. The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruiting and onboarding, talent development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include planning and executing HR strategies, addressing employee relations, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering an inclusive workplace that supports employee engagement and organizational goals. The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing training programs and providing guidance to leadership on HR best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding.
- Expertise in Staff Training, Leadership Development, and Performance Management.
- Experience in Payroll Management and Compliance with Labor Laws
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) is an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
