Human Resource Officer

• Recruitment, training, and development of employees.
• Assisting the company on all HR matters and functions.
• Assisting in planning all HR initiatives to encourage efficient work from employees.
• Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
• Introduce, educate, and counsel employees on company policies.
• Overseeing employee welfare and performance.
• Liaising with various departments to implement policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Human Resource Officer.
• Excellent written and oral skills in English.
  
• Must be conversant with all aspects of labor laws and modern HR management practices.
• Dynamic and energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
• Must possess experience in the coordination of all human resource functions with minimum supervision.
• The ideal candidate for this position should be between the ages of 25 - 35 years.
