Job Description/Requirements
- Recruitment, training, and development of employees.
- Assisting the company on all HR matters and functions.
- Assisting in planning all HR initiatives to encourage efficient work from employees.
- Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Introduce, educate, and counsel employees on company policies.
- Overseeing employee welfare and performance.
- Liaising with various departments to implement policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Human Resource Officer.
- Excellent written and oral skills in English.
- Must be conversant with all aspects of labor laws and modern HR management practices.
- Dynamic and energetic with a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow.
- Must possess experience in the coordination of all human resource functions with minimum supervision.
- The ideal candidate for this position should be between the ages of 25 - 35 years.
