Job Summary
A growing door manufacturing and interior solutions company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations, enforce policies, and support workforce growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building structure, ensuring compliance, and driving people management strategies within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance management)
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee staff attendance, compliance, and documentation
- Support management with workforce planning and organizational structure
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices
- Drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPM certification (mandatory)
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labour laws
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a structured and operational environment
- Must reside within Ikota, Lekki or nearby areas
