We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Officer to support and manage the day-to-day human resource operations of our organization.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labour laws.
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including appraisals, probation reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Support learning and development initiatives by coordinating training programmes and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and management documentation.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, leave administration, and other HR operational activities.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper management of employee information.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

‎Requirements:

  • ‎Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a core Human Resources role.
  • Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.


‎Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos State‎

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly (Net) (Slightly Negotiable) + Benefits
