Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resource Officer based in Abuja, with flexibility for remote work. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, creating job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with HR management best practices. Additional responsibilities include supporting talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and contributing to overall organizational growth through human capital development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management, Human Resources (HR), and HR Policy implementation
- Expertise in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with compliance and employment law is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or their equivalents are a plus
Remenuration
- N300,000 - N350,000 per month
