A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR functions, manage employee relations, and support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  

2,Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.

• Oversee performance management and staff development.
• Handle payroll inputs, benefits, and HR records.
  

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in a related field.
  

2.3–5 years of HR experience.

• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
