Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and ensuring HR policies and practices align with company goals.
Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Management
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Create job descriptions and support departmental hiring needs.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and integration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and necessary internal documents.
  • Ensure effective filing and tracking of HR documents.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management
  • Implement performance management systems and track employee KPIs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and staff welfare initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Ensure HR operations comply with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies.
  • Review and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures regularly.
  • Support management in HR-related compliance and audits.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
