FMR Agency is recruiting a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support human resource operations and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a full-cycle Human Resources role.
- Must be a resident within Ikeja, Isolo, Lagos State
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
