Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR/Admin Officer to support our human resources and administrative operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview
coordination
- Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation
- Support onboarding and staff orientation activities
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff welfare matters
- Verification of all staff statuses
- Represent the company in conflict resolutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Oversee office administration, supplies, and facility coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR/Admin role
- Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Must be a male.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 - 180,000
