Role Description

We are seeking for our client an HR & Admin Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos. The role involves developing and implementing an organization-wide human resource strategy that aligns with

company's vision,managing day-to-day operations, overseeing administrative functions, and ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. Responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, managing employee relations, facilitating training and development initiatives, fleet management, payroll processing, and fostering a positive organizational culture through effective HR practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Performance Management
• Strong skills in HR Administration, Compliance, and Payroll Management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Good management of all matters related to HR Admin, covering fleet management and security
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Understanding of local labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years cognate experience in the related field
• Relevant professional certifications e.g. Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) plus any International Human Resource certification or its equivalents
