Working Hours: Two days on, two days off (Subject to change by management)

Job Description
We are seeking a committed, detail-oriented and passionate Hotel Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of House 32 Hotel & Suites. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and results-driven, ensuring that guests enjoy a seamless experience while the hotel meets its operational and revenue goals.
This role requires strong leadership, marketing initiative and a passion for hospitality. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain service standards and actively promote the hotel to achieve occupancy and income targets.
Key Responsibilities
•
Supervise and coordinate all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, guest services and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
•
Monitor staff performance, maintain discipline and professionalism among team members.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel, attract new guests and maintain loyal clientele.
•
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets through creative promotions and guest engagement.
•
Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
• Maintain operational records, including guest bookings, payments and inventory logs.
• Ensure all hotel areas are clean, well-presented and meet safety and hygiene standards.
•
Assist in budgeting, financial reporting and expense monitoring.
• Work closely with management to review operations, identify improvement opportunities and support hotel growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
•
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel supervision, guest relations or hospitality management.
•
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•
Experience in creating and executing marketing or promotional campaigns to boost bookings and revenue.
•
Good understanding of hotel management systems, reservation software and basic accounting tools.
•
Professional appearance, good grooming and a customer-oriented attitude.
•
Humble, reliable and self-driven, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest care.
•
Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changes in schedule or hotel operations.
