Responsibilities:
- Manage HMO-related activities and healthcare service coordination.
- Process, review, and monitor medical claims for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely support regarding HMO services.
- Verify claims documentation and ensure proper authorization processes.
- Maintain accurate records of claims, approvals, and healthcare transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports on HMO activities and claims performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare insurance policies and procedures.
- Support efficient communication between clients, providers, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc or BA) in Healthcare Administration, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HMO Officer, Claims Officer, or related healthcare insurance role.
- Good understanding of HMO operations and medical claims processes.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Have proven experience working with HMOs, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare insurance organizations.
- Possess strong knowledge of claims processing and healthcare documentation.
- Reside around Oko-Oba, Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Lekki, Ajah, or nearby locations.
- Can work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000 Monthly
