Job summary
We are seeking an experienced finance professional who can take full ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-growing environment, strengthening financial systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting licensing requirements.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including supporting licensing and business expansion activities.
- Strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and reporting processes.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and working capital efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely regulatory reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while driving continuous process improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support the organization's long-term growth strategy.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a BSC qualification
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
