The General Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, structure, and accountability across all departments. The role focuses on coordinating activities, improving processes, and ensuring smooth execution of company operations

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across departments
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and according to plan
- Identify operational issues and resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Develop and implement simple, clear processes (SOPs)
- Monitor team performance and ensure accountability
- Track operational activities and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure proper use of systems and tools (e.g., ERP, tracking systems)
- Manage internal coordination between teams (Admin, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Support cost control and efficient resource use
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage people and coordinate teams
- Good understanding of business operations and processes
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience with basic tools (Excel, reporting systems, or ERP) is an advantage

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 to 500,000
