Shift Fleet Driver

Responsibilities:

• Strictly follow the company’s shift schedule, depart on time, drive new-energy electric ride-hailing vehicles/taxis safely, and complete daily order targets 
• Keep the vehicle interior clean, proactively assist passengers with boarding/alighting and luggage handling, and provide a high-quality ride experience 
• Before each shift, inspect vehicle battery level, tyres, brakes, and other safety items; report faults promptly and cooperate with charging 
• Use the company-designated ride-hailing platform/App for accepting orders, navigation, and settlement; private orders are strictly prohibited 
• After daily operations, return the vehicle to the company’s designated parking lot/charging station for parking, charging, and handover 
• Obey scheduling arrangements, cooperate with peak-hour shift adjustments, holiday overtime, and emergency support tasks 
• Strictly comply with Nigerian traffic laws and company safety regulations, with no record of major traffic accidents or complaints 
• Actively participate in weekly performance assessments and strive for additional rewards after completing base orders

Requirements:

• Must have ride-hailing driver experience or taxi driver experience
• 1 year of experience
• Minimum of OND

Benefits:

• Daily meal allowance of NGN 1,500 
• Performance commission: Weekly assessment; after completing base orders, extra orders are rewarded on a “more work, more pay” basis 
• One rest day per week, daily working hours 8–10 hours  

Location: Lagos  

Remuneration: NGN 170,000 Monthly (Pre-tax)
