- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in the field, Knowledge about online payment systems, regulations and understanding of KYC, Excellent verbal and written English, Ability to handle private, sensitive, confidential information appropriately.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Able to check and process incoming and outgoing customer payments within SLA.
Ability to carry out investigations and taking immediate corrective action to mitigate losses to the business.
Able to resolve on time escalated CS queries with regards to responsible gaming, payments and fraud.
Keep department updated on latest fraud cases/trends and assist with training when required.
Liaise with integrated or 3rd party providers when needed
Good knowledge of acts and regulation
Flexible on working hours as per demand from assignment.
