Job Summary
This role is responsible for assisting the HR Manager in employee development & Performance Management and the Admin Manager in general administrative issues.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Management of Staff records.
- Liaise with payroll and Finance to provide input for payroll
- Staff HMO Medical Scheme Management.
- Oversea staff induction and orientation program.
- Staff Annual Leave Administration
- Staff Time off Management
- Staff Exit & Severance Management
- Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
- Ensure proper data management
- Supervise Administrative support personnel; assign, review and evaluate their work.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory records; including supervision of staff performing these functions.
- Monitoring of regulatory Payment
- Maintain and document records on general office supplies
- Perform various functions of printouts and typing, photocopying and scanning of documents and any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience
