Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure timely servicing and repairs to extend vehicle lifespan.
- Manage vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance compliance.
- Ensure drivers adhere to company policies, including fuel efficiency and safe driving practices.
- Address driver concerns and resolve fleet-related issues.
- Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle performance, fuel usage, and maintenance.
- Generate reports on fleet utilization, costs, and efficiency.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fleet Management.
- Minimum of 4+ years in auto maintenance, fleet management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance scheduling.
