FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Account Executive for our client.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Monitor budgets and track expenditure against approved budgets.
- Ensure timely tax filings, statutory remittances, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support internal and external audits.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
