Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Farm Support Staff who is skilled in vegetable farming and passionate about growing crops the right way, someone with hands-on experience in olericulture (vegetable production) to join our fast-growing agricultural team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a variety of vegetables, including onions, tomatoes, peppers, cabbage, etc., in open fields and screen houses.
- Prepare standard vegetable beds, carry out seedling production, weeding, mulching, fertilizer application, pruning, and harvesting
- Assist in other general farm duties and run errands when required
- Follow structured farming systems with a mindset for precision, cleanliness, and consistency.
Requirements:
Education:
- Formal education up to SSCE level
- What we value is skill, experience, and a hunger to grow.
Skills:
- Minimum of 1-3 years proven experience in olericulture
- Familiarity with screen house management and open-field production
- Candidates with training or work experience under EWS-KT, IITA or Dizengoff will be given strong preference
- Physically fit, diligent, and able to follow instructions and farming routines consistently
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn new agricultural practices.
