Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough, adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking and shape dough to prepare different types of pastries and bread side

Job Description/Requirements

  • Key job Responsibilities

    1. Planning and organizing production schedules timely.
    2. Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered.
    3. Determine production quality control standards
    4. Carry out routine production equipment repairs and maintenance.
    5. Clean kitchen equipment and tools before use
    6. Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare dough
    7. Bake different bread types
    8. Adjust oven temperatures to ensure proper baking
    9. Shape dough to prepare different types of pastries and bread side
    10. Recommend recipes and participate in new product developments, formulations and evaluations

    11.  Ensure timely and accurate scaling and mixing of dough to maintain processing standards

    12.  Manage the raw material traceability system in the mixing area
