Job Summary
Greenetro provides clients with a unique one-stop-shop to help them secure trusted real estate transactions. We invest strategically in high-quality real estate assets, enabling us to unlock new opportunities for our clients, investors, partners, people, and communities. We focus on helping our clients develop, acquire, invest, manage, and sell trusted real estate properties in Nigeria. We are looking to hire a Business Development Associate in Lagos, Nigeria, preferably based in the Lekki-Ajah axis.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, leveraging innovative strategies to attract forward thinking clients
- Play a key role in the origination of real estate deals, working closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful deal execution
- Assist in building and executing our pipeline of opportunities.
- Stay abreast of market trends and shifts, as well as competitive landscape, to inform business development strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on business development goals and strategies, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success
- Regularly report on business development activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for creating and refining content for our marketing campaigns, ensuring it effectively showcases our real estate services and engages potential clients.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to female candidate
- University degree in business, mass communications, economics, finance, law or a relevant field
- One or more years of relevant experience in business development/sales
- One or more years of relevant experience in the real estate industry is considered an asset
- Detail oriented, with the ability to manage projects from inception through to completion
- Proven ability to initiate contacts and building long term relationships
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Skills in digital marketing are considered an asset
- Self-starter with a hands-on approach
Location: The ideal candidate must be leaving around Ajah or Sangotedo Area of Lagos State
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 200,000
