Executive Driver

Responsibilities:

• Safely and courteously transport company executives or high-level personnel to and from their destinations.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Schedule and oversee regular maintenance and servicing, including oil changes, tire rotations, and cleaning. 
• Strictly adhere to all traffic rules and regulations.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers during travel.
• Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and the location of emergency equipment in the vehicle.
• Maintain open and clear communication with passengers regarding schedules and any changes in plans.
• Coordinate with the executive's administrative team to ensure a smooth travel experience. 
• Keep accurate records of travel schedules, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
• Submit regular reports to the company regarding vehicle maintenance and mileage.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with luggage and opening doors.
• Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive's personal and professional information.
• Adherence to Company Policies
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of a SSCE
• Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills
