We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate and manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and internal meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company information and personal matters.
- Track and prioritize key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.
- Support the CEO in managing relationships with clients and key partners within the industry.
- Manage itineraries and prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for review.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Experience within the tech industry is a plus.
- Exceptional ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, schedules, and projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive company or personal information on behalf of executives.
- An understanding of customer service excellence, especially when dealing with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools such as Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and digital communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Familiarity with best practices for supporting C-level executives, including calendar management, prioritizing communication, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Knowledge of general office management, including organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, and handling administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or scheduling apps such as Calendly to manage complex executive schedules.
- Experience using travel booking platforms, coordinating travel itineraries, and managing all related logistics for domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency in using presentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, or Google Slides to help executives prepare for meetings and events.
- Understanding of budgeting and invoicing processes, especially related to managing event costs, travel expenses, and purchases.
Remuneration: NGN 350,000
Location: Yaba, Lagos.
Work Hours: 9 am - 5 pm; Monday - Friday
