Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, highly organised, and accountable Furniture & Logistics Manager to take full ownership of the company's physical assets — with a particular emphasis on furniture and event equipment, while simultaneously leading logistics operations for our rentals subsidiary.

Alongside this, they will plan and execute seamless logistics for all bookings, managing drivers, handlers, and delivery schedules in a fast-paced events environment.

The right person is detail-oriented, takes personal pride in the condition of every asset under their care, and leads by example on the floor as much as behind a desk.

  • Ensure proper documentation, tagging, and accountability of every item
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify losses, discrepancies, or unaccounted items
  • Develop and enforce systems to prevent asset loss, misuse, or unauthorised removal

Logistics & Operations (Rentals Subsidiary)

  • Plan and coordinate the transportation, delivery, setup support, and return of rental items for all bookings
  • Oversee loading and offloading processes, ensuring furniture and equipment is handled carefully at every touchpoint
  • Ensure timely dispatch and retrieval of all items, with zero tolerance for delays that affect event execution
  • Manage logistics schedules and route planning for operational efficiency
  • Supervise drivers, loaders, and handlers, setting clear expectations for handling standards

Fleet & Vendor Coordination

  • Oversee company vehicles, including routine maintenance, documentation, and usage tracking

  • Negotiate logistics and maintenance costs while maintaining quality standards

Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead and manage the warehouse, logistics, and asset handling teams day-to-day
  • Provide regular reports on asset condition, utilisation, losses, damages, and logistics performance
