Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory movements
- Prepare and maintain cashbook, ledgers, and journal entries
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management
- Track accounts payable and receivable
- Support payroll preparation and staff expense documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in collaboration with the production/store team
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
- Ensure all financial records are kept properly and securely
- Support external audits and compliance documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
