Job Title: Educated Live-Out Nanny
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time – Live out. Applicants should reside in Lekki and its environment
Overview

• A family in Lekki is seeking two highly educated, experienced, and professional nannies to care for their 6-month-old triplets.
• The ideal candidates must have a strong early childhood development background and a genuine passion for nurturing infants during this critical developmental stage.
• This role requires individuals who are intelligent, articulate, proactive, and nurturing, with the ability to support both the children’s development and the mother’s postpartum recovery.
  

Key Responsibilities
Childcare & Development:

• Provide attentive, safe, and loving care to the infants at all times
• Support developmental milestones appropriate for 6-month-old babies
• Engage babies in stimulating activities (sensory play, tummy time, interactive play)
• Read nursery rhymes, storybooks, and introduce early learning concepts
• Begin early exposure to shapes, colors, sounds, and basic language development
• Establish and maintain a consistent nap and feeding routine
  

Daily Care

• Feeding (bottle/meal prep where required)
• Diaper changing and maintaining hygiene
• Bathing and dressing the babies
• Taking the babies out for daily strolls in a stroller
  

Household Support (Child-related)

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery and baby items
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the children
• Provide general support to the mother, allowing her adequate rest and recovery
  

Requirements

• B.sc in any relevant course of a reputable academic institution
• Age: 28 – 45 years
• Proven experience caring for infants (multiple children’s experience is a strong advantage)
• Background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Teaching
• Teaching background in the Montessori, British, or American curriculum is an added advantage
• Must be well-spoken, fluent in English, and highly articulate
• Demonstrates professionalism, emotional intelligence, and patience
• Physically active and energetic (ability to handle babies and stroller walks)
• Clean, organized, and detail-oriented
• Non-Negotiables
• Strict punctuality (no lateness tolerated)
• High standard of personal hygiene and cleanliness
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
• Professional attitude and respectful conduct at all times
  

Work Structure & Benefits

• Two nannies/tutors will be hired to share responsibilities
• Feeding provided
  

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
