Driver

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Operation: Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, including trucks and vans, ensuring compliance with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Material Transportation: Transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to various job sites according to schedules provided by the logistics team.
• Personnel Transportation: Provide transportation for construction personnel to and from work sites while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and reporting any issues promptly.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment as needed, ensuring proper securing of loads.
• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations, including mileage logs, fuel consumption, and maintenance records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2 of experience as a driver, preferably in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to operate and maintain various types of construction vehicles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

Remuneration: NGN 50,000 - 80,000
