Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep a daily checklist of pool car (mileage records, up-to-date repair records)
- Report any accidents or injuries to the management immediately
- Give timely prompts on renewal of vehicle documents (license, permit, and roadworthiness)
- Vehicle maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle in and out
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fuelled and ready for use
- Give timely prompt on repairs/ servicing to be carried out on the official pool car
- Manage monthly fuel consumption of pool car
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspection of the vehicle
- Compliance with Laws and Regulations
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Give timely prompt on refill/replacement of safety items in the pool car
- Customer focus
- Plan the most efficient routes to destinations with the use of GPS navigation system and other apps
- Ensure the safe and timely transportation of clients or goods
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to navigate roads using Google map
